As getting online becomes more commonplace, it is really important to make sure that digital content is accessible, especially by seniors.

Getting started online can be expensive, so before investing in their own digital devices, seniors can test out technology with the aid of SoS Digital Support loan devices and determine the device that best suits their needs.

​

Each device comes with its own data allowance and is available for a loan period of around 4 weeks, at which time we ask learners to erase any personal information from their devices prior to collection.

 

To ensure the protection of your information and privacy, each device will undergo a full reset it to its original factory settings between loans. This will erase all saved data, account information, installed application, photographs and emails.

 

When we relend the device to someone else and use it during our face-to-face sessions, there won't be any personal data left on it. Why not try before you buy with one of our loan devices!
